705.20 APPROPRIATIONS BY COUNCIL.

Council shall, from time to time as the same may become necessary, appropriate from the General Fund of the City, sufficient funds for the payment of the necessary expenses of the Boxing Commission. Such funds appropriated to the use of the Boxing Commission shall be accounted for by such Commission.
