The intent of this chapter is to establish minimum standards of maintenance, sanitation, and safety for all non-residential buildings and structures within the corporate limits of the Town of Swansboro, in order to address conditions that are injurious to public health, safety, and welfare. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all existing and future buildings and structures in use for, and/or intended for use for, non-residential purposes.
