§ 51.39 CANCELLATION OF WATER SHORTAGE DECLARATION.
   Water shortage conditions will expire when the Town Manager, after consultation with the County Manager and the Board of Commissioners and upon recommendation of the Public Utilities Superintendent, deems that the condition which caused the alert has abated. The expiration or cancellation of a water shortage declaration shall be promptly and extensively publicized.
