§ 51.35 DECLARATION OF WATER SHORTAGE.
   In the event it appears that water demand on the town water system may exceed supply and transmission capabilities, the Town Manager may recommend that voluntary water conservation measures be implemented. The Town Manager, following consultation with the County Manager, Public Utilities Superintendent and the Board of Commissioners, may declare a Stage I Water Shortage Condition Advisory requesting voluntary water conservation by consumers. The Town Manager, following consultation with the Board of Commissioners may, with or without the recommendation of the Public Utilities Superintendent declare that a Stage II or Stage III Water Shortage Condition exists.
