Pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, service may be temporarily discontinued for willful disregard of this chapter and a reconnect fee, as specified in the town rate schedule, may be imposed before restoration of service. In the event of continued gross noncompliance of this chapter removal of the meter will be deemed proper, service will be discontinued and all tap fees and deposits will be forfeited. Reconnection will be made upon payment of current due amounts in addition to new tap fees and deposits.
