§ 50.11 COURT ACTION FOR ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.

(A) The township may take civil action requesting injunctive relief action against any person, firm, association, corporation, or other entity found violating any provision of § 50.08.

(B) This abatement action shall be in addition to any penalty imposed by § 50.11.
