377.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which violation no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense within two (2) years after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (b)   Whoever violates Section 377.02(d), (e), (f) or (h) or Section 377.04(c), (i) or (k) or Section 377.04(a), upon a finding that he operated faster than fifty (50) miles an hour, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (c)   Whoever violates Section 377.02(a), (b), (c), (i) or (j), is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

   (d)   Whoever violates Section 377.03(a) or 377.04(j) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (e)   Whoever violates Section 377.04(f) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be punished as provided in Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A).
