377.04 PROHIBITIONS.
   (a)   No person shall operate a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle upon the frozen surface of waters within the County at a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles an hour, or a speed greater or less than is reasonable or proper, having due regard to the traffic, ice surface, width of ice or any other conditions.
   (b)   No person shall operate a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle upon the frozen surface of waters within the County at a greater speed than will permit him to bring such vehicle to a stop within the assured clear distance ahead.
   (c)   No person shall operate a snowmobile, ice boat or all purpose vehicle upon the frozen surface of waters within the County in willful or wanton disregard of the safety of persons or property.
   (d)   No person shall operate a snowmobile, ice boat or all purpose vehicle upon the frozen surface of waters within the County without due regard for the safety of persons or property.
   (e)   No person shall operate a snowmobile, ice boat or all purpose vehicle upon the frozen surface of waters within the County without being in reasonable control of such vehicle.
   (f)   No person shall operate a snowmobile, ice boat or all purpose vehicle upon the frozen surface of waters within the County:
      (1)   Who is under the influence of alcohol or any drug of abuse;
      (2)   Who has a concentration of ten-hundredths (.10) of one percent (1%) or more by weight of alcohol in his blood;
      (3)   Who has a concentration of ten-hundredths (.10) of one gram or more by weight of alcohol per two hundred ten (210) liters of his breath; or
      (4)   Who has a concentration of fourteen-hundredths (.14) of one gram or more by weight of alcohol per one hundred (100) milliliters of his urine.
   (g)   In any criminal prosecution for a violation of subsection (f) hereof, the court may admit evidence of concentrations of alcohol, drugs of abuse or alcohol and drugs of abuse in the defendant as provided by Ohio R.C. 4511.19(B).
   (h)   No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor while upon a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle.
   (i)   No person shall possess an open container of beer or intoxicating liquor while upon a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle, except within a locked compartment of such vehicle.
   (j)   No person shall operate a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle so as to willfully elude or flee any law enforcement officer after receiving a visible or audible signal from a law enforcement officer to bring such vehicle to a stop.
   (k)   No person operating a snowmobile or all purpose vehicle shall fail to comply with any lawful order or direction of any law enforcement officer invested with authority to direct, control or regulate the operation of such vehicles.
