§ 151.044 PROCEDURES FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   The subdivider shall obtain an application for a minor subdivision from the office of the Subdivision Administrator. The subdivider shall complete the application and submit it with the following information and documentation to the Subdivision Administrator. The subdivider shall pay a fee of $200 for final plat approval, plus $20 per lot in the subdivision.
   (B)   The final plat approval fee shall be paid with the submission of the final plat.
      (1)   Evidence that the subdivision qualifies as a minor subdivision as defined in § 151.106(B).
      (2)   Submission of a final plat which conforms to the requirements of this chapter (see § 151.121).
      (3)   The application and final plat of a minor subdivision shall be reviewed and approved by the Subdivision Administrator if application, plat, and supporting documentation meet the requirements of this chapter.
      (4)   If public improvements are required, said improvements shall be installed and approved by the appropriate state or local agencies, or guarantees for their installation shall be secured before final plat approval in accordance with § 151.048(B).
      (5)   Upon approval, or within 30 days thereafter of the application final plat, the applicant shall submit to the Subdivision Administrator one Mylar and one copy of a final plat, developed in conformance with § 151.121 for recordation, and evidence of completion of all improvements shown on the final plat or other financial guarantees to adequately insure their completion as may be required by the Village Council.
      (6)   If the minor subdivision is not approved or if variances are requested, the subdivision shall be referred to the Planning Board for review and the Village Council for approval in accordance with §§ 151.046 and 151.047.
      (7)   The applicant shall record the final plat in conformance with the requirements of this chapter before any land is transferred.
