All subdivisions shall be considered major subdivisions except those herein defined as minor or special subdivisions in this chapter. Major subdivisions shall be reviewed in accordance with the procedures in § 151.047. Minor subdivisions shall be reviewed in accordance with the provisions in § 151.044. Special subdivisions shall be reviewed in accordance with the provisions in § 151.045. Family subdivisions shall be reviewed in accordance with § 151.043.
