252.07 PART-TIME FIREFIGHTERS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint part-time paid firefighters for the Municipality, not exceeding twenty in number. All appointments of part-time paid firefighters shall be subject to the approval of Council and to other provisions of law.
