248.04 CHAPLAIN OF THE SAFETY FORCES.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Chaplain of the Safety Forces. Such position shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor.
   (b)   There shall be no compensation paid to the person who fills this position.
   (c)   The duties of the Chaplain shall be such duties as directed by the Mayor.
