1418.06 SIDEWALK PERMITS.

No sidewalk shall be installed within the Municipality until a permit for the installation of such sidewalk has been obtained from the City Engineer. The Engineering Department, upon the application for a permit, shall insure that the grade, elevation and other necessary requirements are being fully complied with.
