No license issued under this chapter shall be transferable except with the consent of the City and ratification by the Building Commissioner. An application for such transfer shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by the fees prescribed in Section 820.04. The written authorization for such transfer shall contain the same information as requested herein for initial application for the license. (Ord. 2002-53. Passed 5-6-02.)
