450.02 CIVIL LIABILITY FOR PARKING INFRACTIONS; ARREST PROHIBITED.
   (a)   The commission of a parking infraction, as defined in C.O. §450.01 shall not be considered a criminal offense for any purpose except as provided in C.O. §452.14(f) to the contrary.
   (b)   A person who commits a parking infraction shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation.
   (c)   The parking infraction shall be handled pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 2000-174. Passed 10-2-00.)
