1416.04 TIME LIMIT ON PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL.
The Planning Commission must make a ruling within sixty days after the plans have been submitted to the Commission and must either approve, conditionally approve or disapprove within that period of time. If action is not taken within sixty days, the plans are automatically approved. If the site plans with drawings and elevations are returned to the submitting party for corrections, the sixty-day period does not commence until the corrected plans are resubmitted.
