1472.06 RIGHT TO APPEAL.

The owner, agent or person in control shall have the right to appeal from the decision of the Commissioner of Buildings as provided hereafter, and to appear before the Board of Zoning Appeals at a specified time and place to show cause why he should not comply with such notice. The decision of the Board is judicially reviewable as provided in Ohio R. C. Chapter 2506.
