1446.02 GARBAGE DISPOSALS REQUIRED FOR DWELLING UNITS.

Each dwelling unit for the construction of which application for a permit is made on or after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 1970-193, passed February 17, 1971), shall, prior to occupation thereof for residence purposes, be equipped with a properly installed garbage disposal which conforms to the specification provided in Section 1446.05. In the case of a multi-residence building, one garbage disposal shall be required to be installed in each dwelling unit.
