As used in this chapter, unless otherwise expressly provided, words and phrases shall be defined and have meanings as follows:
(a) "Motor vehicle use area" means each area, sector and space of a lot or lots of land in the City designed or intended for use for the movement, parking, loading or unloading of motor vehicles, other than public streets, roadways and highways.
(b) "Nonresidential district" means a Public Facilities, Business, Office Building, Research-Development, Commercial Service or General Industrial District as established in Chapters 1250, 1256, 1258, 1260 and 1262 of the Planning and Zoning Code, and Planned Recreation Development Areas as established by Chapter 1264 of the Planning and Zoning Code.
