1416.03 WRITTEN NOTIFICATION BY PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Planning Commission shall immediately notify both the applicant and the Commissioner of Buildings in writing of any action taken in any instances. No building permit shall be issued by the Commissioner of Buildings unless plans and specifications therein shall have been approved in writing by the Commission.
