822.04 PERMIT APPLICATION; FEE; DISPLAY.
   (a)    The Commissioner of Buildings shall provide applications for permits for home sales. Such an application shall include the name of the applicant, who shall be a resident of the City, his address, telephone number and the nature of the merchandise to be offered for sale, the date of the sale and the duration of the sale.
   (b)   There shall be no fees assessed for such a permit.
   (c)   Every permittee conducting a home sale shall keep posted in a prominent place, upon the licensed premises, the permit certificate and shall exhibit the same upon request.

822.05 HOURS AND MERCHANDISE PERMITTED.
        (a)   No person shall conduct a home sale except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p. m., or as regulated by the Police Chief or a person designated by him, because of traffic or weather conditions.
   (b)    No person shall offer any merchandise for sale that has been purchased by or for, given to, or placed with, the resident for purposes of resale at such home sale. Any new merchandise offered for sale shall be prima-facie evidence of merchandise purchased by the resident for resale at such home sale.

822.06 ADVERTISING SIGNS.
   Signs shall be designed, erected, altered, reconstructed, moved and maintained, in whole or in part, in accordance with the type, design, size, location, illumination and other provisions set forth in Chapter 1272 of the Zoning Code.

822.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
