Any junk vehicle which is disposed of in violation of Section 632.02 shall be deemed abandoned and shall be subject to being impounded, removed and conveyed by towing or other means by order of any member of the Police Department to any area, public or private, where it may be lawfully placed. After being impounded for a minimum of ten days, such junk vehicle may be sold for salvage value or otherwise permanently disposed of. Such remedy shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 632.02(b).
