632.02 ABANDONED JUNK VEHICLES ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall place, stand or park a junk vehicle upon any street, alley or public grounds for a period in excess of twenty-four hours, or upon any private property without the consent of the owner.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
