476.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 476.02 or 476.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 476.03, or 476.05, or 476.09 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 476.08 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
