Any person violating the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be determined by the appropriate court having jurisdiction over said matter. The second offense shall carry a fine of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). The third offense shall grant authority to the village to cause the removal of the offensive materials at the expense of the landowner. (Ord. 402-1-44, 2-2-1998; amd. 2006 Code)
