A. All persons receiving licenses under the provisions of this chapter shall maintain dram shop insurance coverage during the period of time said license is in effect in the maximum amount available.
B. All persons receiving licenses under the provisions of this chapter shall, at the time of receiving said license, file proof of existence of dram shop insurance coverage as required under this section, with the Village Clerk which shall be forwarded to the Liquor Control Commissioner.
