3-4-29: GAMBLING; VIDEO GAMING:
   A.   Gambling Restricted: No gambling of any type, except Illinois State Lottery games, shall be allowed on the premises of a license holder whether the gambling is for cash or for prizes. All businesses selling alcoholic beverages shall display a sign in plain view to all customers stating that there will be no gambling allowed in the establishment. However, video gaming shall be allowed pursuant to the mandates of subsection B of this section and the Illinois Video Gaming Act. (Ord. 2018-09-04-1, 9-4-2018)
   B.   Video Gaming Regulations:
      1.   That video gambling is hereby allowed in the Village of Stronghurst, subject to the mandates of the Illinois Video Gaming Act.
      2.   That video gambling is only authorized in establishments that hold a Class B liquor license from the Village of Stronghurst.
      3.   That any video gaming terminal shall have a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year, payable to the Village of Stronghurst. (Ord. 2018-09-04-2, 9-4-2018)
