A. In any premises that has a Class A license, it shall be unlawful to permit any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to handle any packaged alcohol.
B. In any premises that has a Class B license, it shall be unlawful to permit any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor as an employee of any retail licensee; in the sale, distribution, packaging, delivery of alcoholic liquors, no liquor licensee licensed by the Village may employ, with or without compensation, or in any way directly or indirectly use the services of a person under the age of twenty one (21).
