A. Lawful Hours:
1. It shall be lawful to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquors under Class A licenses during the following hours:
a. On Sunday through Saturday between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and one o'clock (1:00) A.M. the following day.
2. It shall be lawful to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquors under Class B licenses during the following hours:
a. On Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between the hours of eleven o’clock (11:00) A.M. and eleven o’clock (11:00) P.M.
b. On Friday between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. and midnight (12:00) A.M.
c. On Saturday between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. and midnight (12:00) A.M.
d. There shall be no sale of alcoholic liquors on any portion of the licensed premises after sixty (60) minutes from the time of closing. Closing time shall be one o'clock (1:00) A.M. each and every day of the week.
3. There shall be no one within the premises for purposes of selling, purchasing, or consuming alcoholic beverages after closing hours or before the opening time except the owners, and custodians, for cleaning purposes only.
4. On December 31 of each and every year, regardless of the day of the week such date should fall upon or otherwise occur, it shall be lawful to sell or offer for sale at retail alcoholic liquors under Class “B” licenses from eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. until one o'clock (1:00) A.M. the following date, January 1.
