3-4-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:

A. It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail within the Village any alcoholic liquor without first having obtained a retail dealer's license for each location, place or premises where alcoholic liquor is sold or offered for sale. (Ord. 2018-03-13, 3-13-2018)
