The placement of any satellite dish or any other equipment designed to receive telecommunications signals from any object orbiting the earth in front of a line drawn even with the back side of any residence is hereby prohibited. Any violator of this section shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code per occurrence. (1993 Code p. 12 Ord., 12-2-1985; amd. 2006 Code)
