8-1-15: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, unless otherwise provided, upon conviction, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (1993 Code p. 66 § 403.4-36; amd. 2006 Code)
