10-2-8: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
The owner or resident of any building, structure, or land in or upon which a violation of this Title exists shall be in violation of this ordinance and subject to a fine not to exceed seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that such violation occurs or continues. (Ord., 3-5-1973; amd. 2006 Code; Ord. 07December2020, 12-7-2020)
