7-2-2: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
   A.   Unlawful: It shall be unlawful to possess any alcoholic beverage within the village parks.
   B.   Penalty: Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction, be fined a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and a maximum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. (Ord. 2015-06-01-2, 6-1-2015)
