A. Hours: A curfew on the village parks shall be in effect as follows:
1. From April 1 through September 30, the curfew shall be from ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. to six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of each evening and the succeeding morning.
2. From October 1 through March 31, the curfew shall be from nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. to six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of each evening and the succeeding morning. (Ord. 2015-06-01-1, 6-1-2015)
B. Compliance With Curfew Regulations: During said curfew, no unauthorized person shall be permitted to use the village park system for recreational or any other purposes.
C. Penalty: Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction, be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (1993 Code p. 16 Ord. CXI, 7-3-1989; amd. 2006 Code)
