A. Committees Established: The president may, with consent of the trustees from time to time, appoint committees as follows: street and alley; water; health; park; machinery and equipment; finance; building permit; zoning; public safety; animal control; sanitation and any other committee whose function is deemed necessary by the president and trustees.
B. Duties: The respective committees shall from time to time investigate and supervise those departments subject to their jurisdiction and shall make reports thereof to the president and trustees. The committees shall perform such other duties as shall be delegated to the committee by the president and/or the trustees. (1993 Code p. 31 § 401.10)
