BUSINESS DAY: Days and hours of operation as posted in front of municipal building.
LEVEL 1 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: Fine, cost, or bond of impound shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00).
LEVEL 2 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: Fine, cost, or bond of impound shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
MOTOR VEHICLE: Every vehicle that is self-propelled, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, vans, motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, watercraft, farm vehicles and/or may include equipment trailers.
OWNER OF RECORD: The record titleholder(s) of motor vehicle as registered with the Illinois secretary of state, state of Illinois; or if not registered in Illinois, the particular state where the motor vehicle is registered. If the owner of record can not be positively identified, the operator of the motor vehicle will be therefore considered as the "owner of record" until the titled holder is positively identified.
TOW-STORAGE FEE: Fee that may be charged by the tow or storage company for tow, removal and/or storage of vehicle. This fee shall be considered separate and in addition to any administrative fees, fines or incarceration responsible to the owner of record. (Ord. 2010-11-01, 11-1-2010)
