5-6-4: POSSESSION, USE OR DELIVERY OF CANNABIS:

It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to possess, use or deliver any substance containing cannabis. This section shall apply only to possession, use or delivery of such substance in an amount not exceeding thirty grams (30 g). (Ord. 2010-07-05, 7-5-2010)
