1-5-1: STATUTE ADMINISTRATION OF OFFICERS AND GOVERNMENT:
The administration of officers and government for and of the village shall be as provided by the statutes of the state. The officer shall carry out the duties and responsibilities required by the statutes of the state. (1993 Code p. 29 § 401.2)
