(A) Refusal to pay the assessed costs in this chapter shall constitute a violation of this chapter, and shall result in a fine of $500 or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which such a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 51.015 through 51.033, 51.045 through 51.073, 51.085 through 51.095 or any rule, regulation or order promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall be fined $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Except where otherwise provided, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Any person violating § 51.032 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $250. Each day shall be considered to be a separate violation. In addition to all other penalties, any violations will subject the permit being granted to be revoked, and said user will not be permitted to dump well water into the village sanitary sewer system in the future.
(D) (1) Whenever except as otherwise provided herein, in §§ 51.105 through 51.135, any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, or the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, the violator of any such provision of this chapter, except where another penalty is provided, shall be fined $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
(2) Except where otherwise provided, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
