§ 112.15 BUSINESSES FOR WHICH LICENSE REQUIRED; SCHEDULE OF FEES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate any of the businesses named in division (B) below without first having obtained a license therefor or without paying the annual license fee provided herein. Applications for the licenses shall be made in compliance with §§ 112.01 through 112.15 of this chapter.
   (B)   The businesses for which a fee is required under the provisions of this chapter and the annual fee thereof are as set out from time to time by the village.
   (C)   All business licenses not otherwise listed shall be determined by Board action.
   (D)    All licenses shall be due May 1 each year and shall expire April 30 following the date of issuance and, when issued for a period of less than one year, the fee to be paid shall be a proportionate part of the fee fixed by division (B) above; provided that, no fee shall be less than one-fourth of the annual fee. Any business owner who has not paid the required fee by May 15 shall pay a late fee equal to 10% of the annual fee charged for that license.
