§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $100, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person, firm, association of persons, business entity or corporation violating any provision of § 112.02(B) shall be guilty of an offense and subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500, per day that the violation exists and/or revocation of the business license.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 112.12(A), (B), (C) or (D) shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10, nor more than $500, for each offense.
