§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $500, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on the day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 91.03(B) or 91.04(D) shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or which a violation occurs or continues.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.25 through 91.34 in relation to dogs and cats shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 for the first offense and not less than $25 for the second and subsequent offenses.
