§ 91.34 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS FOR CATS.
   (A)   Number of cats restricted.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a licensed kennel, pet shop or shelter operator, to keep or harbor more than two cats over the age of six months.
      (2)   The keeping of more than two cats over the age of six months is declared to be a public nuisance and is declared to be detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare.
   (B)   Cat bites. In the event that a cat bites a person, the Director of Public Safety, or any person designated by him or her, shall immediately notify the Animal Control Administrator, pursuant to the State Animal Control Act, and the cat shall be impounded as provided therein.
