(A) It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep any animal which disturbs the peace by loud noises at any time of the day or night.
(B) It shall be unlawful to keep any animal or bird shut or tied in any yard, enclosure, stable, house or other place within the village which, by barking, howling, crying, singing or causing frequent or long continued noise shall disturb the comfort or repose of persons in the vicinity.
