§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 73.35 through 73.37 shall be subject to prosecution and a fine of no more than $750 for each and every violation.
