§ 154.182 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Compatibility with other zones. Unless stated elsewhere in this section, the requirements presented in the sections listed below apply to this zone:

      (1)   Sections 154.060 through 154.083, General regulations;

      (2)   Section 154.081, public and community facilities;

      (3)   Sections 154.095 through 154.100, Commercial/community facilities zone: (applies to community structures); and

      (4)   Sections 154.115 through 154.119, Single-family residential zone.

   (B)   Open space requirement. Each development in the MR-2 Zone shall provide open space that is at least 15% of the gross development area or 500 square feet per housing unit, whichever is greater.
