(A) Compatibility with other zones. Unless stated elsewhere in this section, the requirements presented in the sections listed below apply to this zone:
(4) Section 154.081, Public facilities.
(B) Open space requirement. Each development within the MR-1 zone shall provide open space that is at least 15% of the gross development area or 500 square feet per housing unit, whichever is greater.
(C) Locational constraints.
(1) Development shall be contiguous to an arterial road.
(2) Development should be located in an area of low topographic relief.
