954.04 CITY CLERK AS COLLECTOR; RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   The City Clerk shall be City Collector under the provisions of this article, and he, or she, may be required to execute bond in such penal sum as may be fixed by order of Council, with surety to be approved by Council, and conditioned for the faithful accountings of all income and revenue under this article. The City Collector shall keep in his, or her, office proper records showing all collections made and received and shall prepare and deliver to Council at its first meeting each quarter a detailed statement in writing, setting out all money received for all services during the immediately preceding quarter, and showing by name and in any other detail required by Council the persons or businesses paying for services and the amounts paid for the several services and the names of the persons or businesses who are delinquent and the respective amounts thereof.
