EDITOR’S NOTE: The park regulations as formerly promulgated by the Park and Recreation Commission, approved by Council by Ordinance 79-13, passed October 15, 1979, and codified in this article are no longer included herein since this authority has now been vested in the Parks and Recreation Director pursuant to Section 149.08 of the Administrative Code. Any such future rules and regulations issued by the Director and approved by ordinance of Council will be placed at this location in the Codified Ordinances.
